These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our products and services. By purchasing from Gojra Spices, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Purchases

  • All purchases must be made in-store at our Birmingham location.

  • Wholesale orders can be arranged in advance via phone or email.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept cash and major debit/credit cards.

  • For wholesale orders, payment terms must be agreed upon in advance.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products include fresh and perishable goods, our refund and cancellation terms are as follows:

Refunds

  • Refunds are only available if a product is proven to be faulty, damaged, or not as described at the time of purchase.

  • To request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt) and return the product on the same day of purchase.

  • Refunds will not be given for change of mind or if the product has been partially used or mishandled.

Cancellations

  • In-store purchases cannot be cancelled once completed.

  • Wholesale customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or amend an order. Failure to do so may result in charges.

5. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or unsafe to consume.

  • Returns must be made on the same day of purchase.

6. Liability

  • Gojra Spices is not responsible for improper storage, cooking, or handling of products once purchased.

  • All products should be stored, cooked, and consumed according to food safety guidelines.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted in-store and on our website.
